To give something back

After a journey to Latin America, I started to doubt my choice of profession. All the possibilities I have in Sweden, my relatives in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay still need to fight for.

My goal had previously been to influence and challenge the society through stage art. After visiting my relatives I realised that if I really wanted to give someting back, documentary filming would better suit my aspirations. The documentary reaches a wider audience and is a more direct approach when examining different topics.

As a documentary filmmaker I will primarily look into issues concerning Latin America, Sweden and gender. These three combined or each subject separate.
